Official Terms & Conditions

Promotional period: 2 September 2026 – 9 September 2026 (23:59 BST)

1. Organiser

The giveaway is organised by ITERO GAMING LTD, company number 13824821, with registered office at 70 Conduit Street, London, England, W1S 2GF (the "Organiser"), through the official iTero.gg social media accounts.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Amazon, X, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Meta, or any other third-party platform on which the promotion may be communicated.

2. Promotional Period

The giveaway will begin on 2 September 2026 and will close on 9 September 2026 at 23:59 BST. Entries received after the closing time will not be considered.

3. Eligibility & Territory

The giveaway is international and open to individuals worldwide who meet all of the following conditions:

• Are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
• Have a valid account on at least one of the participating social media platforms.
• Meet all participation requirements established in these Terms & Conditions and in the corresponding giveaway post.
• Are legally permitted to participate in promotional prize draws under the laws applicable in their country or territory of residence.

Participation is void in any country, jurisdiction, or territory where this type of promotion is prohibited or where participation would require the Organiser to obtain a specific local licence, registration, authorisation, or similar regulatory approval that has not been obtained.

Employees of ITERO GAMING LTD directly involved in organising or administering the giveaway, as well as members of their immediate household, may not participate.

Participation is free of charge and no purchase is necessary.

4. How to Participate

To submit a valid entry, participants must complete the requirements indicated in the corresponding giveaway post on X, YouTube, Instagram or Facebook, which will include:

• Following the official iTero.gg account on the platform where they participate.
• Liking the giveaway post.
• Leaving a comment on the giveaway post.

Participants must continue to meet these requirements when the winners are verified. Entries generated through bots, automated systems, fake accounts, fraudulent methods, or any other mechanism designed to manipulate the giveaway may be disqualified.

5. Participating Platforms

The giveaway will take place simultaneously across X, YouTube, Instagram and Facebook. All valid entries received across these platforms will form part of the same overall prize draw.

Participation on more than one platform may generate separate valid entries, provided that the participant complies with the applicable requirements on each platform.

6. Prizes

A total of 10 Amazon Gift Cards worth EUR 50 each will be awarded, representing a total prize pool of EUR 500. There will be 10 winners, with each winner receiving one Amazon Gift Card with a value equivalent to EUR 50.

As this is an international giveaway, the Organiser will make reasonable efforts to provide the prize through the Amazon marketplace available in the winner's country or region. Where a EUR 50 Amazon Gift Card is not available in the winner's local currency, the Organiser may provide an Amazon Gift Card of an approximately equivalent value in the applicable local currency.

Amazon Gift Cards are subject to Amazon's own terms, conditions, geographical restrictions, and marketplace limitations. The Organiser is not responsible for restrictions imposed by Amazon that are outside its control.

The prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred at the winner's request.

7. Winner Selection

The 10 winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received across X, YouTube, Instagram and Facebook during the Promotional Period.

The draw will take place after the giveaway closes. Each winner must satisfy all eligibility and participation requirements before being confirmed.

The Organiser reserves the right to select alternative winners if an initially selected participant does not meet the requirements established in these Terms & Conditions.

8. Winner Announcement

The winners will be announced on Thursday, 10 September 2026 through the iTero.gg social media channels participating in the promotion.

The Organiser may also contact winners privately through the social media account used to participate in order to verify eligibility and arrange delivery of the prize.

Winners may be required to provide information reasonably necessary to verify their identity, age, eligibility, and to deliver the prize.

If a winner does not respond within 7 calendar days of being contacted, cannot be verified, or fails to meet these Terms & Conditions, the Organiser reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

9. Prize Delivery

Once the winner has been successfully verified, the corresponding Amazon Gift Card will be delivered electronically using the contact details agreed with the winner.

The Organiser will never require a winner to make a payment, provide banking credentials, passwords, or pay any fee in order to receive the prize. Participants should be aware of impersonation or fraudulent accounts claiming to represent iTero.

10. Data Protection

Personal data provided by participants or winners will be processed by ITERO GAMING LTD solely for the purposes of administering the giveaway, verifying eligibility, contacting winners, and delivering the prizes, unless another lawful basis applies.

Personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the Data Protection Act 2018, and, where applicable to participants, other mandatory data protection laws.

Information required from winners will only be retained for as long as necessary to administer the promotion and comply with applicable legal obligations.

11. Taxes

Any taxes, duties, or fiscal obligations arising from the acceptance or receipt of a prize will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

Where the Organiser is legally required to make any withholding, payment, filing, or declaration in connection with the prizes, it will comply with the applicable legal requirements.

12. Disqualification and Fraud

The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:

• Does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.
• Uses false, duplicate, automated, or fraudulent accounts.
• Attempts to manipulate the selection process.
• Provides false information when eligibility is verified.
• Engages in conduct that compromises the fairness or integrity of the promotion.

13. Platform Disclaimer

This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with X, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Meta, or Amazon.

By participating, entrants acknowledge that these companies bear no responsibility for the administration of the promotion or the awarding of prizes. Participants must also comply with the applicable terms and policies of the social media platform through which they enter.

14. Modification or Cancellation

ITERO GAMING LTD reserves the right to modify, suspend, postpone, or cancel the giveaway where circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary, provided that such modification is carried out in accordance with applicable law and does not unjustifiably prejudice participants.

15. Acceptance of These Terms

Participation in the giveaway implies full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. Failure to comply with any of the requirements may result in the participant being excluded from the promotion.

16. Governing Law & International Participation

These Terms & Conditions and the organisation of the giveaway are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

However, participation is international and nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude any mandatory consumer protection or promotional laws applicable to participants in their country of residence.

If participation from a particular jurisdiction would require the Organiser to obtain a specific licence, registration, authorisation, bond, filing, or other regulatory requirement that has not been obtained, entries from that jurisdiction may be considered ineligible.

Any disputes shall be resolved before the competent courts determined under applicable law.
